Staff member was really rude & Refused to let my clearly very pregnant sister use the toilets and changed her mind several times as to why they couldn’t be used. Originally claimed they’re not public toilets, then after finding out we were planning to buy food as well said they were apparently now out of order despite no signs in sight. Also want to add my sister came in alone to begin with asking to use the toilet and was treated this way before my husband questioned her.

I had to wait for ten minutes because there was an able bodied man using the unisex bathroom as there was another man in the men's when he went in. Absolutely thoughtless and disgusting infrastructure planning by BP.
